Thank you for your interest in joining Centerville Fire/Rescue.  We have recently updated our application and hiring process.  For those interested in employment with us, please download our application at the link below.  Please print and fill out the application.  

There are two ways to submit your completed application packet for consideration:  

1.  Send your completed application packet by certified mail to Centerville Fire/Rescue, 414 South Morton Avenue, PO Box 125, Centerville, IN  47330

OR 

2.  Hand deliver your completed packet, in a sealed envelope, to the Centerville Town Clerk's Office, 204 East Main Street, Centerville, IN, or at the fire station, 414 South Morton Avenue, Centerville.
